As in for a C-section? Your best way to get a "cheaper" vet is to schedule the procedure on her due date so it's not an emergency procedure at a emergency vet in the middle of the night. But C-sections will never be cheap. Minimum you are looking at $2000 in a cheap area of North America. If you go to a emergency clinic its going to at least double.
