So, today I allowed Jasper a little bit of playtime with the other dogs. He did fine with both of them, but since he's still intact he pestered Willow a bit with his "antics". He's definitely not dog-aggressive in any way, which is great! It's going to take time, though, for him to learn where he fits in the grand scheme of things.

Anyway, here are two pics of Jazz in the kennel relaxing. Willow is nearby, off-camera.

Willow being shameless... begging me to please, pretty please, come back into the kennel?

Bandit relaxing in the yard... we just put up a new hammock today, and let Bandit hang out with us on a 30' cable while we enjoyed the day. (He wears a harness, because if he gets tangled, he pulls back and tries to slip his collar.)

That's all! Hope you enjoyed!

Nice. What kind of harness do you have on Bandit? Looks pretty secure. We use an Easy Walk harness with Poca, but she has such a narrow chest that it's pretty loose on her. I can't seem to get it to fit right. She slips her collar, too, so I'd like to find one that fits her better.

Hey Winnie, I bought a sledding harness from Alpine Outfitters called the Urban Trail harness. You can get one at alpineoutfitters.net. It's a great, quality harness, but it's a custom item so it takes awhile to arrive. Bandit is unable to slip it so far, but it's definitely not a no-pull! :D Thankfully he's not a puller, so it isn't an issue.

I have the same problem with the Easy Walk and Willow - the front piece is always dangling by her legs! You might want to try a Sporn no-pull harness. The design is completely different. I first saw one used in a recent wolfdog rescue and it fit the animals great. Their chests were obviously really narrow too, but the harness was very adjustable and fit well.

Yep, definately like the look of Jasper...his markings are so pretty. Glad they are doing well. Can't wait to see all three of them playing together (as soon as Jazz stops trying to do all those "little boy things" with Willow...men...jeezz;)

That Urban Trail harness looks great. Poca is past her pulling phase, thank goodness. The only time she pulls is if I'm trying to get her away from other dogs she wants to play with. Not much I can do about the pull of a dog vortex!

Thanks!
