Food Powder Supplements (NVI & THK)?

Anyone use either of these? Or anything else like them?

^ "Raw Daily Boost is a pure, delicious, and nutritious powder supplement made from minimally processed, freeze dried raw ingredients. Simply mix Raw Daily Boost into your pet’s kibble or canned food to provide the benefits of raw. Serve twice daily for best results. As with any supplement added to your pet’s daily diet, adjust your pet’s caloric intake accordingly to avoid overfeeding."

^ "Proper pet nutrition is the first step to improving your dog or cat’s skin and coat health. For additional nutritive support, we offer Sparkle. After using this natural herbal supplement, all your friends will be in awe of your pet’s healthy, shiny coat! Sparkle is an herbal nutritional supplement made with a selection of natural herbs, designed to support healthy skin and a shiny coat for both dogs and cats."

As both brands are highly recommended around here on the forums as some of the best holistic food, I was curious about the pros/cons of either of these, as I haven't found any discussion of these particular offerings.

My understanding is kibble and premade raw are already "nutritionally balanced", so would using additional supplements like these be worthless and/or over-supplementing?
