We are picking up our new pup this Sunday. She will be coming with a crate, and is supposedly crate trained. She will need to be in there when we are at work. Our last dog was crate trained but developed sep anxiety. We had a blanket in there which she ate and required surgery. Is there a crate liner of some type that is puppy/dog resistant and safe?

Thanks.

If worried I would not put anything in crate, If crate is in home the pup will be comfortable with no blanket/liner etc. I have used newspaper and never had a problem if chewed it passes through system much easier. Usually if they do anything they just tear the newspaper up and you have confetti to clean up. If she is cratebroke ask people what they had in crate. It's amazing some pups would never chew on anything and others are vacuum cleaners, the fun is in the picking and how lucky you are.
