Was she bathed within 24 hours of having the Revolution applied? If so, you might have stripped it off by bathing her in Dawn (it's typically only used if the dog is greasy, oily or extremely dirty).

Is she long-haired? If she is, is she matted? If she is matted, and you gave her a bath, then there is a good chance that you didn't get down to her skin to effectively get all the flea dirt and yuck off of her. Also, bathing a matted dog will make the mats worse.

Are you sure you washed every bit of her, and not just her top half? Chest, belly, and groin areas can be a real pain to get clean.

Hmm... you can try bathing her again, using cool water and a mild/moisturizing shampoo (not the Dawn, since that will strip out any natural oils in her coat and skin again, and could lead to irritation), and rinse until the water runs clear, then rinse her again. Rinsing her daily with plain water can also help gently remove any more flea dirt that accumulates.
