I'd like to get a flap door so my 30 lb Australian Shepherd can let herself in and out of the house. I also have 3 mostly outdoor cats. Is there a flap door or other system that I can buy that the dog can use but the cats won't be able to use?

I think I have seen some that are only activated by a collar a dog wears so raccoons or other unwanted guests can't get in but don't remember where I saw them.
