Hi! I have been finding dried blood around my puppies "girl part" she is not bleeding from
inside. It looks as if it's around it due
to it being chapped. I have been cleaning her when she comes
inside and using neosporin. What could this be? And what will make it better?

A problem requiring a vet visit. A vet visit.

Stop trying to self treat, and get it checked out. If she isn't in heat, then there is a problem. Do you have any male dogs that have been left unattended with her? Any young boys that may be trying to put crayons or something there (innocently)? Any male teens or older that have access to her unattended (sick, but it happens)...

I've had female puppies in the last 40 yrs and never seen or heard that. Get a vet check. An inverted vulva can cause infection. You need to get a vet to check it out.
