feeding schedule

I have a 2 year old Cocker/Lab mix that I just rescued. I am trying to figure out a feeding and eliminating schedule. Right now Lexi's (my dog) schedule is:

7:00am wake up & go outside (for the past 2 days she's peed inside on the way outside) I'm not sure if I have to get her up a little earlier or what. She doesn't let me know that she has to go in the morning, like bark or scratch at the crate.
8:30am feeding her 1 cup of Pruina Pro Plan (I just found out what's in it and am planning on switching to something else.)
9am take her out again (she doesn't always go potty)
11:30am take her out again (this time she pees)
4:15pm take her out again (pees)
6pm feed her another 1 cup in her crate (I want the crate to be something good for her)
6:20pm take her out again (pees)
8:30pm take her out again(usually pees but hasn't always pooped)
11pm take her out again but she doesn't usually do anything
11:30 or midnight off to bed

Don't worry we do play with her in between all of this. I would like to know if this is a good schedule or if I am doing something wrong. A little background as to where she sleep is that she sleeps upstair in my bedroom in her crate with a blanket over the crate so she can't see me or she can still her me. Right now we only have one crate that my dad takes up and down the stair everyday. We are planning on buying another one that is plastic. Right now I only have a metal crate. I was also wondering if the reason that she is only peeing in the house first thing in the morning is because she has to walk down the stairs instead of if she was downstair where all she have to do is walk to the backdoor that is in the some room with the crate when downstairs. I know that this was long and I didn't mean for it to be. Thank you for all of you guys help so far.

You could try crating her downstairs. Or you could try carrying her downstairs. Or getup an hour earlier to see if it makes any difference.

Thanks. I actually think I will try having her sleep downstairs tonight and set my alarm to wake up around 6:40am and see how that works. I would try to get up an hour earlier but I have a hard enough time getting up at 6:40am. I'm kind of a night person :D so if I have to end up doing that I guess that I could always go back to sleep after she go out, like my dad suggested and then he will let her out at 8am when he gets up. I don't think I will be able to carry her down the stair since she's 40lbs. Thanks again for the suggestions I will try them and let you know how it goes.
