My lower back and hip have been bothering me, so I decided to do some yoga stretches to help. Here I am in downward-facing dog and Chase pushes his way between my legs to lick my face and pull my hair. So I stop and start doing cobra pose (figure less chance of falling than if I tried a warrior pose with dog running under/between legs). He play bows right in front of me and starts springing back and forth licking me and jumping back. I was laughing so hard I couldn't continue. So we worked on sit/down/leave it/touch for a couple of minutes. Now he's tired and sleeping in his crate and I got to finish my stretches.
