I've had my rescue about 4 months. As we're trying to pinpoint the source of allergies, she's had several diet changes. Right now she's on a home cooked diet of fresh fish, sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots, rice/oats, and the occasional spoonful of yogurt. I also had some pork liver I was cooking for her, but that seemed to give her stomach upset (she's about 22lbs, and I was giving her 1/2 ounce a day). On this diet she poops every 2-3 days. She's never straining, the poop looks beautiful, her belly never looks bloated and she does not seem uncomfortable. Mostly, I want to know if anyone else has had a dog that poops so infrequently? Pic for fun. :)

If the stool looks good and she's not uncomfortable, then I wouldn't worry about it honestly. A dog having a regular bowel movement is a good thing. It is different for every dog. I would be more worried if she eliminated less frequently.
