Is he pooping inside the area where he is allowed to be indoors? Why is he not indoors with everyone else? Is he barking to come into the house while in the area where is can come inside?
If so, it sounds like he needs more interaction with the people in the house. Having a dog requires people to interact with the dog (training, walks and so forth).

And, as others have said, stop rubbing the dog's nose in feces. That is just cruel and he has no idea why you are being mean. If he is pooping in the indoor area where he is allowed to sleep he is not house broken and that needs to be addressed as part of training. There are many threads on all of this in the training forum.
