Dogs Talk!

I really dont get why people say dogs dont talk because all of the dog experts say "oh yeah,thats his way of talking" or "he is talking when he barks"! Dogs talk and when you say that,people always say dogs cant talk! THEY CAN!

ANYONE AGREE?

All of my dogs communicate with me using different vocalizations, along with facial expressions and body language. I know when Beau is telling me I need to fill the water bowl, or he's hungry, wants to go out to potty, or out to chase some FLB, or is bored, or wants affection, or wants something, but he's not sure what! The same is true for Maddy, Lucia, and Luc. Much of our communication with each other is silent; it's all in the eyes, and then body language.
