Doubtful she's in heat that young, but it has happened before.
Lily just had her first heat at 13 months old, and we have a little Chihuahua suitor that just won't go away (he lives across the street) since his owners don't take care of him, he's always left running in the street.
Well since he's taking up residence in my front yard, I put out a bowl of food for him, at least he's getting fed. Lucky enough for me he's not getting near her since I supervise any outside time she gets.
