Hello i need some help i have a 3 year old maltipoo and 2 x 2 year old maltipoos they are mother and 2 daughters.
They have got along fine up until last weeks when the mum has started being aggressive towards her pup just the one who has dwafism its either over me or food its come out of no where and am unsure how to fix it im worried shes going to hurt her pup as shes tiny. I been feeding separately but pups terrified had a nasty occurrence this morning. My concern is kids may get in way of these times or when im not home.
Any help will be great.

You have too many females living together. Females will often tolerate other females until the day they do not. Then they will fight and the fight is to the death. You have several females..

You need to keep them separated. It will only get worse. Better yet, one of these needs a new zip code.

Hate to say it, but I agree. I've had females live in peace all their lives, but for that to happen you have to have 2 peaceful types. Right now I have 2 bitches, one who would live happily with the other, and one who would kill the other. So they're separated at all times in all ways. I don't take any chances, at least two barriers between them at all times. When I leave the house, one goes in a metal crate in addition to the barriers. Not a convenient way to live, but I'm not willing to rehome either, which is the other solution.
