I'm working on an assignment for my ENG114 class and am required to put together a proposal with a power point presentation. I've decided to put together a proposal to enclose a section of our town's local park into an off leash dog park. I'm looking for a reputable source that discusses the importance of socialization in dog development. Any good references?
