I would be thinking he did something to her. or has made a racket or something that spooked her, so now she is afraid it will happen again. Not sure how to get her confidence back up unless maybe going outside with her every potty break so that she knows she is not alone and will feel safe.. also is it possiblable that he has one of the sound things that he can turn on n off and it keeps dogs and what not away and has been using that? seeing as she is fine mornings but not later in the day
