Does it sound like my puppy is dying??

I got a chihuahua puppy last year and she's been pretty healthy until yesterday. All of a sudden she just stopped eating and throwing up clear water, pretty sure it's not bile. She will hover over a water bowl hesitant to drink it cause she throws it back up later.

Does this sound like pancreatitis? She has been eating lots of burgers and hot dogs lately cause she will not eat her doggy food unless I add some human food to her food. If she has pancreatitis how much would it cost to treat it? I may have to put her down cause I don't have much money.

Is there a way to treat pancreatitis with home remedy? I heard I have to starve her and keep water away for couple days to give her pancreas time to recover?
