no you can't copy and past. Click on the paper clip above the select brows in the screen pick you picture you want, then click upload. When it is done uploading close that screen, come back to this area and click on the paperclip again! Then you will you picture file name click on that and then your picture will post!

LOL.....its not that bad ....you just have to use photobucket.com or similar...upload the picture then copy the code and past it here.....I sounds much worse then it really is
