My 6 month old puppy got spayed 6 days ago and I keep checking her stitches every hour because it freaking me out and I over think everything and she recently got them wet when she went outside to potty and I just wanna make sure they look ok and aren’t infected.

Your best bet woukd be to send that to the vet that did the surgery. Well-meaning guesses here could be completely wrong. For that reason, medical guesses are a violation of forum rules.
