That really angered me. The veteran is an amazing person who handled it with a lot more grace than I would have if someone kicked my dog. He doesn't even call for a boycott. He wants to help United improve, which I think is quite admirable.
They would've had to call someone to restrain me.
This man has far more patience than I ever will and this story is absolutely infuriating.
It is really a shame that you a person can't even go into public with a service dog. "I'm scared of dogs, it startled me," doesn't really fly for a dog that's wearing a bright orange vest that reads "Service Dog"
People are just flat out stupid and I think they will look for any excuse to make trouble.
