I have asked this question could a dog get dimension, went to vet as suggested and the vet feels hes got dimensia.
He is not in pain if someone had the same problem how do I treat him, our feeling is if no pain we will keep him comfortable and happy.

As your vet has said, dogs can get dementia. I'm surprised your vet didn't offer you any treatment options. There's no cure, but there are dietary supplements and management strategies that can potentially slow the process and help with the symptoms. Though of course that's best discussed with a medical professional who has examined your dog and knows his history. If your vet offered no help, I'd speak to them again, and seek a second opinion if necessary.

Yes, dogs can get dementia. There is no cure. You will have to speak with your vet about options to slow the progress of the disease. Like Daysleepers said, if your vet doesn't have any ideas for you, you may want to get a second opinion.
