Hello there! I've just set up a vet appointment but in the meantime, I thought I'd post and see if anyone else has experienced something like this.

So my 9-year-old short-haired Dachshund has a cluster of hard bumps on top of the skin under her armpit. I first noticed them several days ago, and then they were light red in color. Over the past couple of days they've turned different colors, from the light red to almost green to greyish-black. They feel pretty firm and are about the size of a fingertip. They're crusty as well, almost like scabs, but she wasn't ever injured or anything like that. Also, she doesn't lick or scratch at them. In fact she totally ignores them, even if I were to touch them. Also, she hasn't had any kind of changes in behavior or appetite either. One of the bumps lower down has lost the scabby feel and is back to light red/pinkish. She's always had dry skin and flaking issues but nothing like this. I'm just wondering if it could be some type of skin cancer?
