Curled Docked Tail

Hello, I bought a cane corso pup almost 3 months ago and it already had its ears cropped and tail docked. Although I would have been happy with a tail, it had already been done. I’ve noticed that a lot of dogs with cropped tails have their little stump straight but my 4 month cane corso’s cropped tail curls downward even when she points it up. Is this the result of a badly docked tail or will it straighten out with time? Thank you.
