Crating alert sounds?

I tried searching but none of the posts answered my question. I will be crating my GSD mixed 9 week old pup and was wondering if she will cry or make some noises when she needs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, or do I have to just wake her up and take her every so often? thanks.

Some pups do, some pups don't. I'd plan on waking up at 2-3 am every night for the next couple of months and taking her just to be sure.
