Hello

My puppy recently had a surgery. Keeps trying to reach to that area. Is it ok to plastic cone or a soft material cone?
Which one is more comfortable?

Yes, use either. I am reasonably sure the Vet who did the surgery recommended a cone or collar to prevent access to the surgery site. The Vet could be a very good place to ask for a collar to be used for this purpose.
