my dogs wear Premire and K2 both are made almost exactly the same but K2 uses all plastic while the Premire ones I have have metal slips for ajusting. My dogs are a medium length coated dog, and I have noticed no hair loss of any kind (although my dogs don't wear thier collars in the house) and the Snaps on the collar hold very well I have never had a buckle break.

whoops I mean it's EKusa not K2 lol. but here is a picture of their collars. The top one is a Premire and it is the oldest Thats for Jack and he's probably had it for about 10 years now.
the middle one is Kechara's and hers is about 6 years old that one is also a Premire
then the Bottom one is Hawkeye's and he's had t for less than a year and that is the EK one. notice the difference in the slips.
