I just checked my puppies barking. Female barked but my male not bark. Is it normal? My puppies are 7 months old Rottweiler.

The female looks like she is just frustrated with being tied up. The male doesn't seem bothered by it. Neither one looks worried or scared, so it's probably that she's a simply a more vocal dog.

I would agree with LeoRose. Some dogs are just more vocal than others.

I'm not sure why you are shaking a stick at them though, was that just to try to get them to bark?
