Can't get simple vitamin K1 for my poisoned dog

My dog got into a rat bate trap and I'm pretty sure ate some of the poison. Immediately called the local vet, who was as usual booked up even though this is an emergency. They told me to try the urgent care vet, they are booked up too. Tried three more urgent care vets within 100 miles, with no luck. The treatment is simply vitamin K1, but I can't buy it local and online it won't arrive until Monday which will likely be too late. I ordered it with overnight shipping, but because of the 4th they said Monday arrival. So my 4th is going to entail watching my dog bleed to death. Thank God I can't buy vitamin K1 over the counter locally, might take business from the overbooked vets.
