One of my puppies does not seem to feel well. She will be a year old this month and her sister appears to be fine. I was wonder if dogs can get the sick like with the flue or something. They have had all their shots and also have survived parvo. Her nose is warmer then the other dogs in comparison. Any suggestions? I have no money to take her to the vet. thank you

As far as I'm aware, dogs do not get the flu. Call your vet and talk to the vet or vet tech. Do you know how to take her temperature?

A warm nose does not always mean a dog is sick but I would call your vet in the morning to make sure. Were there any other signs? And no, I don't think dogs/cats can get the flu. They can, however, have a "cold" (cough/sneezing).
