Well, I waited for this trip for months, and this weekend we finally got to go! Eevee and I joined my mom and step-dad on a camping trip to Indian Peaks, CO. I forgot my own camera, but managed to get a few shots of Eevee with my mom's crappy little camera and wanted to share.

Alas, I tried to get my mom to take some pictures of me WITH Eevee, but all of them came out either with my eyes closed, or Eevee's butt facing the camera... I'm afraid I'm not sure where I inherited my photography skills but it wasn't from my mother lol...

I can't remember the names of the other lakes but we were hiking up to Lake Isabel (I'm a hiking newbie when it comes to serious wilderness lol). Unfortunately, the trail was still covered in like 12 feet of snow, so we couldn't go up all the way.

Harrise, I saw a few huskies and malamutes on the trail and immediately thought of you lol.

Well, I was kindof in a hurry this time and wasn't fully prepared, plus my mom was moaning and complaining about me bringing "mountain lion food" with me and I didn't want to hear her whine the whole time so I left him at home. They'll both be going next time, and I'll be camping again as soon as I can! =3

Alright, you did it. Bubba and I are gonna do a solo South Arapahoe Peak this weekend. Then Rawaa wilderness the weekend after, and Guenella Pass the weekend after that, then another Mosquito Range attempt the next weekend...

I love Colorado.
