Buying a chihuahua puppy

Hi, I am new to the group. I moved to Lexington, ky and I have decided to buy a chihuahua puppy. Can anyone give good suggestion? Thanks

Check to see who you are buying from.. Insit on health chacks and ask to see all the vet docummentation to prove the parents are healthy
