My dog Romeo has bumps on his body which are itchy. I brought him to the vet and they said he has no parasites and might be an allergy. Romeo is 7 months old and has been nutered. Do dogs have puberty and have acne which might be like itchy bumps?

Well i took him to the vet yesterday and i was told he has Staphh infections on his skin. He gave hin a cortisone shot and some antibiotic pills for me to give him 2 times a day for 3 weeks. I hope this works. I dont know how he got this
