Today while playing with the pup we noticed that he has a pea-sized red bump on his testicles, looks almost like a blister. Anyone know what this might be? Should we get him checked out? He is a 10-month-old French Bulldog, for reference.

I'd have the vet take a quick look at it. We can't diagnose it here as we're not qualified and don't have the dog in front of us.
