[Willow&Jasper’smum]

Hello all. I’m posting here to see if anyone can tell me what a bump that appeared out of nowhere on my dog could be? It’s hard and at first I thought it was a bone and I freaked out but then again he would be in pain if it was a bone no? He seems to be in no pain he runs and plays and if I press on the bump he has no reaction to it. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be?? He’s only had it for a week and it’s like it grew overnight
