So I am looking to get a frenchie and came across this website.

The prices look very suspicious and they are also not willing to show me any pictures besides the one on website. Their explanation was that people are using their photos and videos for fradulent reasons. Am I crazy to think this sounds like a scam? They do have 21 reviews on google with 4.5 stars.

Maybe not a scam, but not a breeder I'd go with, regardless. Blue is not a standard color (and is a disqualification in the AKC breed ring), and there is absolutely NO mention of health testing or titling on the breeding dogs. Have you checked on Welcome to the French Bull Dog Club of America! for a list of member breeders? Also, there is a lot of breed information there, including information about known health issues that should be tested for in breeding dogs.

The website has many of the hallmarks of scams

But even if legit (meaning, pay money= get dog in return) it has every red flag ever of a puppy mill or commercial broker of puppy mill dogs.

I agree with @Shell. It screams puppy mill. Walk away. In fact - run away.
