I have to go with the Bloodhound. They're pretty rare in my neck of the woods, but how can anyone resist that face?

From the pictures I see, it seems like Pitbulls always have the goofiest expressions.

There are different kinds of goofy. There are non-goofy dogs with goofy faces (the Airedale is a good example), and then there are dogs who's otherwise noble faces reflect a deep, inner goofiness. I think Labs and Goldens lead this 2nd category. Finally, there are goofy-looking goofy dogs. From the ones I've met, Bull Terriers are the hands-down winners.
