Hi everyone! This is Stormy ❤ I need some help identifying her breed. The previous owner just said she was mixed with Chihuahua and not sure what else.

It looks like terrier Mix, Ears point down , and ironically we are trying to determine if we should take this doggy 4 years old and marks his territory in the house like drapes pee pee he wears a diaper , do you think he will get rid of the diaper some day ? and also he likes to sleep with the owner , only 8 pounds , do you think its better than starting with a puppy we are seniors
