We have a one year old Chihuahua Yorkie mix named Chloe. Chloe was a rescue dog that had many problems from heart worms, ring worm, tape worm, Giardia, parvo ,and two dislocated knees. She is very healthy now and is still trying to get over hew knee surgery.

Is it unusual for a 1 year old puppy to still be "play biting"? She knows she isn't supposed to do it and every time we say no bite she will stop. She isn't being aggressive, I just think since she wasn't raised with siblings and a mom that she has never learned from other puppies that biting isn't okay. We have tried everything from saying "no bite" to quit playing with her and giving her a toy, but she continues.

I don't think she aggressive now, but I don't want it to turn into that.
