Best ways to help submissive puppy
Willow, about 14 weeks, is very timid around other dogs, besides her "sisters", two seniors.
She ADORES all people.
What's the best ways to help her through this?
She cowers, might pee and yips like she's being hurt, even if they haven't touched her.
Today, she did all that, but really wanted to play. Had some fun chasing after a dog that was chasing after his ball. Just doesn't want them too close.
I keep my voice up beat... you're ok...
I don't want to "reward" by babying her, put I'll pat her if she runs back.
Suggestions?
Can't say I have ever had to deal with this particular issue in a puppy.
