Best book recommendations

We finally found a Great Dane puppy and he'll be coming home in early September!! What are some of the best books for puppy training? We will be enrolling in puppy kindergarten but I would like to read as much as I can. I have taken a short course in ABA for my parrots and I've read "don't shoot the dog". Just want to make sure we have a confident, well adjusted and well trained pup. I am hoping that he'll have the temperament for a therapy dog someday.
