Hi -

So my aluminum blinds are trashed by my dogs. I'm going to replace them. My Danes get quite worked up when they hear people talking outside, or if they know a dog they don't like walks by. I've read blinds without slats might be a good option.

Curious on your experiences with blinds for big dogs that like to protect their territory.

Sturdy fabric curtains work well if you want to block sun and view with the option to opwn them; they don't shred or catch on nails easily and move out of the way when shoved by a nose

If you want to block the view all the time but not the light, try a window cling film or contact paper. They have options that look like stained glass or simple etching for privacy.

Vertical blinds are better than horizontal blinds for being torn up with paws. They can still be ripped though.
