I'm considering using Bark Busters to help train my 8 month old black lab/australian shepherd mix. I did a search on this board and heard really mixed reviews of them, so I wanted to ask if anyone has specifically worked with the Bark Busters trainers in my area, Jan and Wick McLaren. I currently have my dog enrolled in training classes at PetSmart, and we're definitely making progress there, but there are issues happening in the house that we need help with, such as chasing the cat and barking and jumping on windows anytime she sees something outside (like a leaf lol).

So has anyone worked with or heard anything about Jan and Wick McLaren? Thanks in advance.

I haven't, however I do know people around Chicago that train at Kay9Pets which is just west of Chicago...it's a really great facility and one I would highly recommend.
