Baby teeth

Will the baby tooth come out even though the new tooth is coming in? One upper canine is coming in in front of the baby tooth. Also he wants to pee inside when we visit where another dog is present. He is six months old. Bichon. Also when anyone comes here he's so excited that he dribbles all over the place. Will he grow out of that?

Usualy yes, But it might help if you can get your and in there with a paper towel and see if you can pop it out.

Is he fixed? 6 months is around the time when hormons start kick in. He might feel that he has to mark his turf.

I can't answer this one, because my dogs do this. I don't know why! Cheecho (2) has grow out of his for the most part, but if he is barking at the door, and some one goes to pick him up, he will pee. Bria (7 months) can't be held or touched by strangers with out peeing, or when my dad gets home she gets so happy to see him she rolls around peeing on herself >.<
I just tried to wiggle it but it's doesn't move. The other three have come out and the others are in. He's been lifting his leg for two months at least. The vet is scheduling him for the middle of July for the op. if the tooth doesn't come out before then I'll get her to do something about it then. Thanks.
Small dogs sometimes have issues with "shark teeth" - when their adult teeth come in but their baby teeth aren't falling out. Just remind the vet to check when he is neutered and they can pop out the baby teeth easily.
