my 12 year old male Manchester Terrier had an epilepsy episode 2 weeks ago and he was exhausted, laying on the bed for 6 hours from the time of the episode. We took him to the vet and after a few tests we found he had no movement at hid back legs. After an injection the vet gave him, my dog was back on his feet just 1 hour later. Hour after hour he could walk better and just 8 hours after the injection he was walking, jumping on the couch and feeling happy in general.

This being said, I see he did not gain complete movement on his rear legs and he sometimes stumbles as if he has no strenght/control, although he still jumps, walks etc just like normal.

How can I avoid the worst?
