Hi! I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I have a 3 month old lab/Sheppard mix that I'm trying to potty train (I've only had her a week and a half). We live on the 3rd floor of a small apartment complex. No elevator. She, for the most part knows she's supposed to go outside now, hasnt quite mastered it but up until now I've been carrying her out of my apartment until we get to the outer door. I obviously can't do this forever, but now whenever I try to let her walk it, she immediately pees in my hallway. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting her to respect the hallway as a no pee zone while also teaching her to navigate the stairs herself? I'm sure my neighbours would be eternally grateful 😅🙏
