Small bump on dogs gums, she's 4 months old. Wondering if it could be serious or causing her harm. Just noticed it.

That is a vet visit. Or at the very least, you need to send them that picture and see if they want you to bring your pup in.

Agreed, a lot of vets are now set up to receive photos to make it easier to avoid unnecessary vet visits due to the pandemic - see if yours will let you send along this picture to determine if they want her in for a more thorough examination.
