Hi, I notice the label says "meat" but only identifies 55% of that as chicken and lamb. Unidentified meat can be anything- like horse meat, dead pet bodies, road kill, rats, anything. I feel your pain not having access to the variety available in some other places. I have a limited selection, too. I've never explored canned food myself. My guys get a decent kibble supplemented with lots of other things that are listed here. Every dog caregiver is different.

You're probably already aware of it, but I found this UAE website that ships food:

It's confusing (probably intentionally), but no. The "meat and meat byproducts" are together one item in the list. Those two things together come from at least 50% chicken and at least 5% lamb. The label is not guaranteeing where the other 45% of the "meat and meat byproducts" come from. If it came from a good source, the company would have no reason to hide the identity of the other 45%. This kind of purposely confusing wording is common on many pet food labels.

Do you have access to fresh poultry and a pressure cooker? You have to be careful with dog food overseas, as it could have euthanized animals in it and potentially enough pentobarbital (euthanasia drug) to kill your pets. Also, I don't see where the pet food meets any nutritional requirements or standards. To be safe, you can cook a whole chicken with skin and/or some goat, lamb, beef, turkey , add some organ meats such as liver, tripe, heart, sweetbreads, etc. Remove the bones from the cooked chicken. Pressure cook those bones (you can also add chicken feet for some great collagen) and pressure cook the bones and feet for 2-3 hours in some water to create a very nutritious bone broth full of minerals. Once cool, squeeze the smaller bones with fingers to disintegrate them. If any bone does not turn to mush, just toss that bone in the trash. Take your bone broth, cooked muscle meat, organ meat and disintegrated bone mush and mix it together with some broken up hard boiled egg with shells. Allow it to cool. After it is cool, blend up some greens such as spinach, kale, chard and mix that in. Your dog will love it. It does take some work, but it is worth peace of mind.

Are these any good?

Personally I would say both of those later ones are better than the first. Neither of the later ones have unnamed meat, and they have a higher protein content. Maybe you could alternate between the last two. Anyway, even though the last two are probably more expensive than the first one, they are probably worth the extra investment. Better to spend the money on quality food now and have a healthy happy dog eating well than to spend the money on veterinarian bills later with a sick unhappy dog going back and forth to the hospital.

Thank you for reviewing. So no alarming ingredients in there right?

No, nothing alarming that I notice. The Nutram cans shown are trying to follow the "grain free" method. There have been some concerns in the news about whether or not legumes like peas, lentils, and chickpeas cause trouble for dogs, but evidence does not seem to be conclusive yet one way or the other. The Nutram labels clearly look better than the Prince label.

My rule of thumb is I Dont buy any pet foods that have vague ingredients.. Such as: meat meal, byproducts, meat byproducts etc etc It's a lucky dip of Russian roulette on what exactly it is that's in there, and what we're feeding our pets.
The Nutram is leaps and bounds ahead of the first one you posted

I also need some feeding advice. Now he’s over the weight he’s supposed to be. Around 17kg and hoping to drop him down to 13kg.

In that wet food can, it suggests for 13kg to feed them 2 1/2 per day.. i feed him 1 can only (1/3 - 3 times).

Is that good? Too much? Too little? 1 can is about 300+ calories.

I do give him some small chicken (finger size) while im having dinner
