Some kind of growth that needs to be seen by a vet.

I'd suggest calling your vet and asking them if they think this needs examination. Many clinics now have an e-mail or phone number you can send or text photos to, so you may be able to directly share these pictures with them so the vet can decide how urgently she needs to be seen. Growths can be caused by a whole range of things and can range from totally benign to very serious, so there's no way to safely offer you advice beyond having a veterinary professional do a diagnostic examination and testing on it.
