I liked the other video of your dogs at feeding time. It's clear that you really do love your dogs, and you have a good relationship with them.
However, this recent barking video was difficult for me to witness. I did not enjoy it. You are running a very high risk of your dog injuring his neck and shoulders each time he reaches the end of the tie out. At one point he even flips onto his side with tremendous force, and that impact can cause great damage . Plus, the overall frustration is very stressful for him too, I'm sure.
Please don't do this to your dog. I really don't understand what the point was anyway.
