Hi everyone. I’m sure I’m just being a worried dad but my bully puppy breaths heavily when she sleeps. I just found out that her brother had heart problem and had to be put down and yea you can imagine the thoughts going trough my head. I took her to the vet today for her shots and id chip and he said nothing about her.
Is this a common thing with just bully xl or??

I’d really appreciate if anyone has any input or info. Thank you

If the vet wasn't concerned after hearing you out and - I assume - listening to her heart, I'd just assume it's a quirk. You can video the heavy breathing you're concerned about so you have more to present to him if you still feel like it's not right, and of course make note of any changes that might indicate something's going on.

Appreciate all the reply’s like I said I’m sure it’s nothing and sometimes for some weird reason I transform into Don Quijote and start battling windmills 😅.

My apologies if my English is not 100% I’m from Iceland
.

What health screenings were done on the parents, On your dog? What health guarantees did the breeder provide? What lineage information do you have?
I’m looking into that actually as we speak. I know they are registered and all the paperwork checked out. In all fairness they’re new at this but we’re very open and transparent with everything offering money back guarantees. The vet knew about them as well and told me they are legit. I don’t know what it’s called in English but I got papers on who the parents are and there parents and so on.
